Emergency Services
We provide 24/7/365 emergency on-call services for all major trades listed below, board-up & locksmith services, as well as flood & fire disaster recovery. We respond to any emergency within a 4 hour window and secure the site with respect to staff & public safety and stemming of property damage, stabilizing the situation, gathering repair information and generating estimated costs to repair whatever damage back to its original state.

Plumbing; All phases of plumbing, repair & tenant build outs, water heaters & boilers, repair, backflow testing & certification, replacement fixtures, drain cleaning & jetting and pipe break detection. We also service & repair exterior sprinkler systems & equipment.
Heating & Cooling;
All phases of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation - built ups, split systems and package units up to 80 tons, water & glycol feed air handlers, swamp coolers, VAV boxes and oil fired furnaces. All centralized control systems supported.
Electrical & Lighting;
All phases of electrical and lighting, interior and exterior lighting, signage, security lights, pole lights. New circuits, diagnosis & repair, relamping and emergency lighting.
Roofing;
All phases of commercial roofing, repair and reroofing. Composite, torch down, hot tar, ballasted, rubber, standing seam and all types elastomeric roof systems. All roof types repaired and flashed.
Storefronts & Glazing;
Aluminum storefront frames, storefront doors, automatic doors, glass, display glass & mirrors. We also supply and install UV window tinting.
Drywall & Painting;
Drywall repair & painting, mold abatement and exterior painting. We also provide custom painting and wall coverings at low cost rates.
Carpeting & Flooring;
All types of commercial carpeting, VCT Tiles, ceramic tile, resilient flooring and wood floors. We service & repair restaurant kitchen flooring, tile & sealing. We also provide carpet cleaning and high traffice treatments, VCT tile floor stripping and waxing services, trip hazard inspection and repair, as well as wood flooring care.

Interior and exterior wood, steel and hollow metal doors and frames, new installs and repair. Locksmith services & rekeying. Security systems, installation and repair. We also provide installation & repair of overhear roll-up cargo doors.
